Newport Beach, CA | 2020
The birds settle in for the evening on the Back Bay. After living in this area for a few years, I only recently discovered that the Back Bay that is essentially in my backyard is a birder’s paradise, full of many different unique birds. I don’t consider myself a birder, but… “when in Rome!”. I now venture out to watch the birds and the sunset on a near nightly basis, and the unique warm colors of the sky in this particular night caused the bay to glow.
